* Administer data access for users and system interfaces (inventory, new/change, termination, authorization audits, and password rotations)
* Provide 1st tier application support
* Administer referential data, automated workflows, and assignment logic
* Define batch schedules, implement monitoring, and resolve outages
* Perform production code audits
* Manage disaster recovery tests
* Facilitate end user communications
* Participate in weekly 24 X 7 pager rotation as needed
* Execute on other directives as needed

Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree preferred
* 1+ years of support and operations experience preferred
* Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Process and detail-oriented
* Familiarity with at least one of the following business verticals: Sales, Service, Support, & Finance
* Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and MS SQL Server preferred)
* Preferred technical skills: Siebel OnPrem 7.X, CRMOnDemand
