Applications Support Analyst-LMS

I have an immediate need for an Application Support Analyst.  This client is a large International Corporation in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry.  The selected candidate will provide functional support to the end user community for software applications that include, but are not limited to LMS, ARTS, A/R, CASH, Showgate, Jazz Call Accounting and Spyview. The candidate will also be responsible for:

? Assisting in application planning, selection, implementation, upgrading, tuning and application disaster recovery.

? Ensuring that all application program enhancements are incorporated into the next general release of the application software.

? Administering and monitoring the procedures used to create, modify and manage client accounts.

? Analyzing training needs of clients, developing classroom curriculum and providing quality individual and group training programs to ensure maximum utilization of the software applications.



? Recognizing and identifying potential areas where existing policies and procedures change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion.

? Will also require travel

Qualified candidate will possess:

? HS diploma or equivalent

? Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

? 1+ years first hand knowledge of LMS, ARTS, A/R, CASH, Showgate, Jazz Call Accounting and Spyview or similar application support experience.

? 3+ years experience in the information technology industry.

? Must be a motivated self-starter with troubleshooting skills.
