Enabling the architecture and management functions within CATE (Citigroup Architecture and Technology Engineering) are a series of tools such as CSI (Citigroup Systems Inventory), CTC (Citigroup Technology Catalog), TRAC/R (Technology Rules Adoption and Compliance Reporting), AWS (Architect Workspace), etc. The Architecture Toolset Business Product Manager will act as the business and process owner and be responsible for the evolution of these tools, including:

 

1- Oversight of the (Architecture Tool) Steering Committees

2- Tool evolution: requirements gathering, vetting, assessment, recommendations, strategy, planning, and management

3- Coordinating with various teams including: Steering Committees, IS-FastTrack, Sr. Management, Development team, Engineering teams, Change Management team, Database Administration team, and the Quality Analysis group.

4- Defining processes, features, and functions to enable data quality management

5- Resource allocation for direct staff, and those indirectly (e.g., committee members) managed

6- Feature/process roll out and communications

7- User Acceptance Testing coordination

8- Product training, marketing, promotion

9- User & Data Quality review guides, FAQs, training videos

10- Data quality reporting

11- Organization maintenance

12- Support Team management/staffing, ticket analysis, process/tool improvements

13- Tool Usage reporting and analysis





 - Have a Bachelors' degree, or higher, or equivalent experience

- Must be able to apply methods and techniques (to include people, process and technology) to solve process problems.

- Experience should include process facilitation, meeting moderating, deliverables tracking, and generation of management reports.

- Technical skills must include understand all phases of the architecture and development life-cycles

- Master scheduling and project management.

- Possess strong organization skills, leadership abilities, and excellent (remote) team building skills.

- Have strong written and verbal presentation skills.
