Job Description


The CIO Organization is responsible for maintaining Accenture?s information technology (IT) infrastructure and implementing our internal IT strategy. We provide a range of IT services across the company, including design and development of IT products and services, help desk support, network management and maintenance, workstation support, telecommunications and more.

 

The SAP Security Architect Manager will be responsible for maintaining and providing expertise in SAP security strategy, design, and operations.  The SAP Security Architect Manager will work closely with the other SAP Product Managers and key stakeholders in understanding customer requirements, building customer partnerships and providing technology solutions for the customers.  The SAP Security Architect Manager will maintains overall accountability for the SAP security model, including work effort, deliverables, and resources (IT Product teams consists of 1 ? 10+ personnel).  The SAP Security Architect Manager may supervise 1-5 non-executive direct reports. 

 

The SAP Security Architect Manager will report to the CIO Information Security Senior Manager to ensure compliance with Accenture?s Information Security Policy and outside regulatory requirements. 

 

Specifically, this role will be responsible for:

 

Enhance Accenture?s SAP Security Strategy.
Align SAP Initiatives in planning and developing SAP Security for new functionality.
Support SAP Security Operations.
Responsible for overseeing the SAP Security design 

 

Qualifications

 

? Bachelors/Masters Degree required
? Minimum 6 years IT / systems implementation experience required
? 3-4 years SAP Security, BASIS, and Security Administration

Nice to have skills:

 

? 2-3 years IT Strategic Planning and integration planning skills at a product level

? Experience working with multiple business functions

? Understanding of capability maturity model processes and tools

? Previous consulting experience preferred
? Experience in one or more of the following preferred:  Microsoft technologies, ERP package software, Netcentric, Lotus Notes, eCommerce
? Focused business function background (e.g. Finance, Human Resources)
? Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
? Flexible hours to accommodate global meeting times

? Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
? Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
? Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
