Senior Project Manager Keane, Inc. is searching for an experienced Senior Project Manger to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary solutions to our Global 1000 clients. This position requires problem solving skills, extensive business and industry knowledge, solid verbal and written communication skills, excellent relationship building skills, and strong leadership and team management skills. Some travel required, generally 50% annually.

Qualifications:
? 5+ years in a senior position of leading complex technology projects covering distributed custom application development and/or technology strategy.
? Demonstrated project management skills including Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing processes.
? Skilled at creating detailed project plans and work effort estimates, controlling scope, creating risk profiles, resolving conflict, and building and communicating effectively with teams.
? Proven experience in managing the budget of large projects including tracking profit/loss, run rate/burn rate and projections.
? Strong oral and written communications skills and must possess experience at presenting and leading meetings with senior executives.
? Must have a strong background in project estimation, sales support and proposal writing.
? Must be detail oriented and understand the importance of documenting project meeting minutes, action items and discussions/decisions held with project teams.
? 5+ years background in working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology or financial services companies strongly desired.

Required Skills:
? MS Office including Project, Visio and Powerpoint.
? 5+ years in technology project management. 3+ years consulting (custom software development).
? Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
? 2+ years' experience interacting with senior level Management (Senior VPs, CIO's and above).
? Knowledge of Web application, Systems integration and IT Software Development Projects.
? PMP Certification, Project Management Training or course work.
? Travel required, average of 50% annually.
? At least a couple of years of managing n-Tier development efforts - BEA, Websphere, Vignette, etc.
? Working understanding of n-Tier architecture and service-oriented architecture, etc.
? Able to take client's business vision or technology problem and identify/manage the road from the first step through deployment (as opposed to someone who is handed the project to manage)
? Demonstrated skills selling follow-on work and identifying close-by opportunities within same client
? Demonstrated skills on planning, pricing, and proposing on significant, competitive RFPs
