Asset Management Manager

The qualified candidate for this mission-critical position will be someone who:
Has participated in an installation of an Asset Management system as part of a project team that delivered into production.
Has experience with Peregrine?s AssetCenter product or other Asset Management systems/software.  Prefer about two years experience and played a key role in its implementation.
Has two years experience with all facets of Asset Management for an end user computing environment.  This would be for a 5,000+ seat enterprise.  This should include product ordering/purchasing, leasing, lease buy outs, inventory management, disposal, electronic asset tracking,  and licensing of software.
Is experienced with seat management concepts and has participated in managing a program.
Is familiar with reseller channels and concepts. 
Is experienced with negotiating contracts with manufacturers and resellers.
Is familiar with and experienced in the taking of Enterprise inventories, including techniques such as scanning, ongoing electronic inventory tracking.
Has a strong Accounting background.  This candidate will be strongly considered. 
Is experienced in supervising a staff of about 7-10.
Has a degree, preferably accounting.
