Asset Manager

Prepare documentation, follow IBM and DoD processes and coordinate with site
security, shipping company and receiving facility to ship classified or
unclassified material and/or equipment. Coordinate with site receiving and
security offices to receive inbound classified or unclassified material
and/or equipment from a vendor or the customer. Follow IBM and DoD processes
to access boxes, validate shipment, bar code and add classified or
unclassified material and/or equipment to asset management inventory. Track
location of all hardware and software installed. Maintain accurate inventory
database. Prepare and/or analyze reports, correspondence, technical
documents, spreadsheets and briefs; manage and maintain files and classified
and unclassified material etc.

Hands on asset mgmt exp.; ability to lift or carry 15-20 pound boxes,
bend, stoop & function in low/cramped spaces &/or SCIFs where the
temperature is colder than a normal work space; advanced level of
experience w/MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, & MS Excel MS Access &
Remedy to provide reports, data, briefs etc. Nice to Have: Experience
working in a secured government property management position.
