Do you have the passion to succeed?

We currently have multiple opening for Associate Technical Support Analyst at McLean, VA with the following required Skill-Set:

 

Prepares and Delivers Processor Reporting on weekly or monthly basis as requested by US customers

Ensures all entries are made in a timely and accurate manner in the IARS database for US customers card programs

Work with PIM analyst to ensure proper set up of customer reporting in the RDMS database

Log incoming work for all US card program projects in Lotus Notes database

Perform preliminary research for installation and conversion activities

Assist with CORE changes for installation of card programs as directed by PIM Director

Perform daily CORE changes to existing card programs as directed by PIM Director
