Position Description

Responsible for providing knowledge-based, content or technical expertise for the development and implementation of customer applications or solutions dealing with complex software applications. May make presentations on all aspects of products. Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications. Implements detailed customer installation plans. May provide follow-up support in disseminating knowledge-based, content or technical information on specific applications or solutions.Minimum Requirements

2+ years of specific knowledge-based, content or product applications engineering experienceAdditional Knowledge & Skills

Education

BS degree or equivalent experience. May require professional certification in applicable healthcare expertise.Certifications
