Description:
What You'll Be Doing:

Provide AV technical support to clients in a corporate office and off-site locations including the delivery and breakdown of AV equipment.
Support AV technologies used in conference rooms, training rooms and off-site events and meetings.
Setup and operate LCD projectors, laptops, video players (VHS/DVD), speakers, & digital cameras.
Manage AV inventory including laptops and projectors.
Keep records of AV events and equipment usage through an online tracking system.
Ability to lift and carry AV equipment.
Assist with setting up the furniture in meeting rooms including tables, chairs, and AV equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV technical issues.
Possess a good working knowledge of Internet connectivity (i.e. need to be familiar with IP and ISDN protocols).
1st tier troubleshooting support for AV technologies


What We Require:

2 year degree preferred.
A solid working knowledge of current AV, projection, and audio conferencing technologies.
Capability to learn videoconferencing technologies.
Knowledge of MS OS XP and 2000
Knowledge of MS Office Suite with special emphasis on PowerPoint.
Some experience in AV support in a fast paced corporate setting desired
Must be able to set up a laptop, LCD projector, and secure an Internet connection for meetings and conferences.
Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written).
Must have some flexibility with working hours.
The highest levels of customer service are required.
