Automated Software Tester

Key Role: Perform testing and other test-related activities for internally developed systems, software, and commercial off-the-shelf products. Interface with project managers, software developers, and other technical and functional support staff.?Lead testing efforts and provide support with requirements analysis and?software design and modeling. Provide functional and technical expertise in the use of automated testing tools, such as the Mercury Tool Suite, including TestDirector, LoadRunner, and WinRunner, Mercury QuickTest Professional, IBM Rational TestManager, or other testing tools.?This position is located in Indian Head, MD.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:
-4+ years of experience with software testing

-4+ years of experience with automated testing tools, including Mercury Tool Suite, Mercury QuickTest Professional, TestDirector, and IBM?Rational TestManager

-4+ years of experience with the systems development life cycle

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:
BA or BS degree in a related field required
