Job Description


Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.  Customer Relationship Management professionals have skills in marketing and customer strategy, marketing sciences, customer insight, customer interaction, and contact center transformation and help our clients acquire, develop, and retain satisfied, loyal customers, achieve profitable growth, and create economic value in the client's brand.  Customer Insight professionals apply modeling science to collected and organized customer information, and design information-based processes to support superior customer treatment decisions and operational CRM processes across all channels.

 

In the role of a consultant working in Customer Insight?s Marketing Automation, you will work on projects which deliver the components of marketing automation such as:

 helping clients determine the best spend for their marketing dollars helping clients understand their data improving cross-channel marketing effectiveness, and working with CRM software vendors to successfully implement marketing and analytics software tools.

 

 Key responsibilities may include:


? Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
? Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
? Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
? Supervising business architecture and process design activities
? Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
? Supervising business architecture implementation activities
? Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
? Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
? Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training) 



Qualifications:

 

? Minimum of one year experience working in a marketing capacity involving systems integration in a professional environment
? Undergraduate degree

 

Professional Skill Requirements

 

 ? Experience working in campaign management/marketing automation

? Areas of study to include either business, math, economics or a technology field
? Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
? Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
? Desire to work in an information systems environment
? Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

? Have a sound understanding of marketing processes at a high level

? Have a good understanding of acquisition and retention. 

? Have experience in either Direct Marketing for direct mail campaigns or telemarketing to include campaign design and implementation

? Hands-on experience with any of these software products - Unica, E.piphany, NCR Teradata or Chordiant, is a strong plus.
