Job Description
Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.  Customer Relationship Management professionals have skills in marketing and customer strategy, marketing sciences, customer insight, customer interaction, and contact center transformation and help our clients acquire, develop, and retain satisfied, loyal customers, achieve profitable growth, and create economic value in the client's brand.  Customer Insight professionals apply modeling science to collected and organized customer information, and design information-based processes to support superior customer treatment decisions and operational CRM processes across all channels.

 

Key responsibilities may include:

? Planning and managing business diagnosis and planning activities 
? Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experience 
? Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients
? Planning and managing effort to define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
? Planning and managing business architecture implementation activities
? Designing and conducting business solution testing and deployment plans
? Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary
? Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

? Minimum 3 years experience working with campaign management in a professional environment

? Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
? Undergraduate degree

? Areas of study to include business or technology

? Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
? Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
? Desire to work in an information systems environment
? Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

? Direct Marketing for direct mail campaigns or telemarketing

? Campaign design and implementation

? Hands on experience with a leading practice marketing automation vendor such as: Unica, SAS, E.piphany, Business Objects, Microstrategy
