We are looking for an Automation Testing Architect and the role required would be:

10- 12 years of total IT experience.
6-8 years of testing with experience in devising an Enterprise wide test automation strategy.
Extremely good in Automation Tools Set (Mercury suite of products).
Hands on in Strategizing complex Service Oriented Architecture based systems.
Experience in development of tools for automating tests (outside of Mercury/silk etc). In other words, the candidate should be well versed in technology (Microsoft/Java) to directly deal with technical solution architects.
Excellent communication and ability to interact with senior management is a priority for this need.
Strong Testing Process Knowledge.
Good Test Estimation Knowledge.
Insurance (Property & Casualty) would be an added advantage.
