BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT 2

Recommend creative process solutions to business problems impacting up to a division or line of business level. Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business units from initial requirements to final implementation.



Ensure the communication process with the customer is maintained frequently enough to promote positive rapport with the customer. Identify system issues related to business process improvements. Facilitate efforts to define business requirements to support redesigned processes.



Facilitate the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology. Participate in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions.



Assist the IT organization in defining and implementing its business plan and goals to support the strategy and goals of the organization. Work on highly complex projects that require in depth knowledge across multiple business areas and technical areas. Identify and evaluate industry, analytical, and business trends, and make appropriate recommendations to their application in improving core business functions.
