Work Location: New Jersey - Nutley Corporate Headquarters



Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for introduction and implementation of system enhancements and new releases, as well as improving efficiencies and accuracy related to our windows based transactional banking system. Act as an internal consultant to users regarding system applications to improve and streamline processing. Build relationships between our data center, programmers and business units on initiatives in improving system usage, operating efficiencies and management information. Responsible for coordinating IS projects with management, staff, users and vendors.

Qualifications:

This position requires 3-5 years of experience in the IT/Credit Union/Banking environment as well as a Bachelor's Degree in IT preferred. Additionally, this position requires strong knowledge of transaction based credit union/banking systems, a broad understanding of banking operations, with a preference in accounting and/or financial reporting along with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Advanced interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills necessary.
