BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST II

Thank you for your interest in employment with Discount Tire Company's Corporate Office in North Scottsdale. We currently have an opening for a Business Analyst Level II supporting our Support Services applications.

This position performs Business Analyst functions in support of Finance, Fixed Assets and Accounts Receivable as well as presents need assessments/recommendations to management and programming staff. This position also works closely with the Development and Quality Assurance staff members, performs project facilitation tasks and prepares Use Cases, Data Flows, Actor Maps and User Documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

* A complete understanding of retail environments and/or Retail Software Financial Applications

*At least 2 years experience in Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management and their related software applications.

* Experience implementing Financial ERP systems a plus.

* An understanding of AS400 system design and analysis.

* A complete understanding of software development life cycle, databases, system design and analysis and quality assurance

* Previous experience with facilitation of Requirements Workshops, Requirement Modeling Techniques such as Gap Analysis, writing of Use Cases and Data Flows.

* Project management skills.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
