Bi-Lingual System Administrator

 
Microfinance International is a financial institution that provides financial services to both institutions and consumers. We are currently looking for a system administrator to support the IT system in our headquarter and our subsidiary Alante, a network of financial service centers serving the Hispanic community.


Responsibilities include:


- Administer and manage the operations of the company?s check cashing, money transfer and general administration systems;

- Take responsibility for the selection and acquisition of technology;

- Support branches;

- Design and update operating and security policies and procedures;

- Work with our software development facility in the development and support of all IT systems.



We are looking forward to your application if you:



- have a relevant technical degree or have a minimum of four years experience in the support of IT systems or in system administration;

- are able to effectively communicate with senior management and developers in

both English and Spanish;

- are highly organized, motivated to contribute to an exciting project with a

large development impact, and able to proactively drive the development and

continuous improvement of financial applications.
