Business Analyst 1

This position is located at the Nampa, Idaho facility of Woodgrain Millwork.

 

The primary function of this position is to analyze business processes and procedures, design solutions, and manage the delivery of business systems solutions. The secondary function of this position is to provide technical support for implemented systems including ongoing improvements as well as bug fixes. Individual will work closely with the functional business groups to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of system solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives. This position will be working with a team of analysts to ensure solutions are integrated across Woodgrain and standard operating procedures are documented and implemented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Assist as project team member on ERP related projects.
? Meets or exceeds daily work load requirements.

? Build positive relationships with customers.
? Can keep assignments organized.
? Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency of business processes.
? Effectively communicate to management and key departments.
? Confer with personnel of organizational units to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific requirements.
? Timely completion of project tasks.
? Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify IS system.
? Design and execute test plans
? Develop and deliver end user training
? Continually communicate with the development team and other groups to ensure best possible solution is reached.
? Provide on-going end user support for issues.

Total Compensation:

$41,800-46,200
