Job Description:

Candidate will work on multiple projects spanning the set of MVNE clients that maintained.

 

Primary Responsibilities:
Change Management - candidate will serve as the primary coordinator of all change management requests for MVNE, including ticket management (using dual ticketing systems (Prob tracker and WR system), release planning, vendor coordination. This role also includes insuring Sarbox compliancy for all software pushes and for user access.
Business Analyst Candidate will act as primary contact on client projects, insuring that project schedules are maintained and that deliverables are timely and accurate

 

Required Skills:
Systems Analyst background in multi system environment
Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate complex system interactions, their relationships with each other and determine how new business requirements affect those interactions and relationships
Telecom and Billing System knowledge are a big plus
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with client peers
Systems Analysis Background is required. Development background is a plus, but not required
