Business Analyst IT/Inventory Management Specialist-Senior

5 years IT experience in Automotive Inventory Management specifically targeting Retail Inventory Management, 10 years IT experience

Assignment Details
Senior Business Analyst responsible for all modifications to the 5300 Suggested Stock Order (SSO) application related to the 2006 Business Plan.
Strategic partner with IT and Business Unit customer in proactively defining new initiatives within the annual business plan.
Oversight of system enhancements, new development, and application rollout to 3500 Chrysler Group NAFTA dealers.
Application and Project Status reporting to IT and Business Unit management.
Dealer Service Provider (DSP) certification and problem resolution for SSO with appropriate IT and Business Unit management reporting.
Requirements gathering for development and enhancement initiatives.
Quality Assurance of specifications, technical designs, new and enhanced programs and test results.
Issues tracking management and reporting.
Application architecture monitoring including processing efficiency, system availability and server capacity.
Authoring of all PM assets.

Required skills: TSO, JCL, DB2 Utilities, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office Suite, COBOL II, SQL, C/C++Sybase, Ms Access, DB2, Database Servers, Expediter, CICS, Javascript, DB2 Stored Procedures, Abendaid, Java, Mainframe, WEB, Demonstrated experience delivering projects using formal project management methodologies. Demonstrated experience in S&P Inventory Forecast Methodology. Demonstrated experience overseeing workload and priorities of team members. Very good interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer orientation. Adaptable to new environments and assignments.
