Business Analyst - Loan Origination

This position is part of CIT's Consumer Finance business unit.

? Provide support for all the business activities relating to the Loan Origination function. Key contact points include Field Office Management and Operations, STS, and Home Office Staff needing support on the Loan origination process or platforms.
? Develop Business Requirements for technical and process changes identified within the LOS function.
? Develop Test Plans and provide testing support for system changes within LOS
? Communicate issues and status in a timely manner to the LOS Support Manager
? Ability to function in both an active role in driving requirements and initiatives, as well as in a facilitation role in coordinating activities among all of the constituencies within the Home Lending process

REQUIRED SKILLS:
? Familiarity with the key technologies that support the key applications within the Home Lending process.(not necessary to be an expert, but needs to understand the technical concepts supporting the process).
? Works well in a multi-tasked, time constrained environment
? Demonstrated knowledge and experience in different facets of the Home Lending Process
? 5 years experience in financial services or related environment.
? College Degree
