Business Analyst-Project Leader

Client is seeking experienced Business Systems Professional to work at our Corporate Technology Center in Central, NJ. 

Re-engineering of business processes, workflows, and procedures to maximize effectiveness of our ERP system and eliminate manual processes and procedures.  In addition, documentation, and training, will be required. 

 

Responsibilities
End user department interface responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes and workflows.
Creative problem solver developing enhancements to business requirements minimizing manual effort.
Work with Client personnel at various skill levels to determine how to accomplish necessary goals.
Become a functional expert on Client?s ERP system.
Perform QA testing of system and enhancements, including workflows.
Provide on site training and support for the ERP system at any branch, various locations.
Provide Web training as needed. 
Support and manage client relationships, know how to influence and provide advice and manage organizational structure.
Write operational documentation and procedures for ERP system and system enhancements as required.
The ?person? and their ability to be a team player and fit in the IT department are as important as other skills.

Qualifications
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, as the task requires.
Must have strong technical and phone skills, a flexible schedule.
Ability to understand and adapt to the needs of various skill levels and various cultures.
Ability to develop plans with sufficient detail and effectively explain tasks to others as necessary.
Flexibility and willingness to grow into other technical areas.
Strong system management skills ? change management, and release management.
Responsible for implementation of periodic benchmarking and development of IT scorecards to monitor efforts for continuous improvements.
Must be able to travel.
Strong troubleshooting, confidence and ability to adapt to rapid change are required for this position.
