The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the programming resources, for both illustration and administration, and the requesting business unit; and will be responsible for determining specific business application software requirements, as well as coordinating the development and implementation of these requirements.

 

The successful candidate will possess: an undergraduate degree in Math or Computer Science or a related field; 5 years of individual life insurance industry experience; prior experience as a business analyst or project manager; a working knowledge of Visual Basic, Visual C++, and other related programming languages. Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, SQL database, query tools is desirable. FLMI or other industry certifications preferred.
