Business Analyst Technical Requirements Analyst

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

? Demonstrated success at business and technical requirements gathering, analysis and design, systems development, and systems implementation. 

? Demonstrated skill at both written and oral communication skills.

? Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of agency staff, from high level managers to first line business and technical staff.

? Demonstrated project planning experience.

? Knowledge of current technical data sharing techniques and tools, relevant merits of them, and experience in applying them to business solutions.

? Knowledge of attributes and formats of automated CAD tools and their resulting architectural and systems drawings and layers.

? Knowledge of data repository tools.

? Must meet all of the OGS criteria for the PAIII title.

? Knowledge of legacy mainframe architectures and software tools (including COBOL, ADABAS, TSO) and experience with integration middleware (including Websphere, I-way, Software AG EntireX Broker, XML).

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

? Ability to work well in a team environment. 

? Experience in working on business and technical projects in public sector jurisdictions.

? Experience in multi-agency or other business environments where requirements are diverse and may be competing or conflicting.
