Our client is looking for a self-motivated team player with great communication and analytical skills that is willing to take initiatives and delivers on time.

Job Summary:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs for our Billing and Care application with a focus on Voice over IP (VOIP). Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, use cases and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

The Business Analyst will deliver, manage and gather detailed requirements for integrating VOIP into our existing product. A close interaction with Product Management, QA, Engineering, and Client Services and in some cases directly with clients is required to gather high-level requirements and assist with refinement and analysis of requirements, implementation and business scenarios. Some of the deliverables, in form of functional requirements, will be used by Engineering to design and implement these requirements.

The Business Analyst will also help to provide and manage a set of ?best-practices? on how our application(s) should be configured and managed to best support specific business requirements and processes.

Responsibilities:
? Gather and refine business requirements for integrating VOIP into our product.
? Identify functional requirements for VOIP
? Identify 3rd party VOIP providers to integrate with.
? Translate business requirements into user and functional requirements (including use-cases).
? Provide use-case analysis
? Discuss functional requirements with the engineers and ensure that the requirements are addressed in the design, as created by the engineering department.
? Standardize business processes and help create business process documentation.
? Provide application domain expertise that can be utilized throughout the company.
? Some travel may be required.

Requirements:
? A bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business or related area.
? 6 to 8 years experience in business and IT.
? Minimum 3 years experience with VOIP/telephony billing
? Experience in the Customer Care and/or Billing Industry.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Excellent analytical skills.
? Must work well independently and as a team player.
? Experience with Cable or Satellite TV billing systems a plus
