Business Analyst Requirements

Serves as the primary liaison between a business unit and Information Technology. Interacts with stakeholders to determine, analyze, formalize and document user needs for new system and report creation, enhancement and modification. Facilitates meetings. Conducts process/workflow analysis. Prepares documentation for technical team including; software requirements specifications, use cases, process flows, return on investment, UML and support documentation. Ensures requirements can be easily translated into test plans and test cases. Performs system testing. Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle Strong verbal and written communications skills needed Superior analytical ability Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and track details effectively Experience with Crystal Reports and SQL a plus Mortgage Industry experience a plus Rational Unified Process (RUP) experience a plus
