Experience and Skills needed for success:Experience in implementing or supporting workflow based systems3+ years work experience in a business analysis or management role working directly with customersStrong self-learning abilityWorking experience with CRM, SFA and/or work order management systemsExperience in Microsoft CRM a plusAbility to develop design specificationsDatabase skills (preferably SQL Server or Oracle)Experience with object oriented languages (preferably ASP.NET and/or Java)Must be ambitious and willing to work hard and grow with the companyMinimum of Bachelor?s DegreePrevious consulting experience a plus
