Business Analyst with EAI (Websphere Business Integration/WBI)

Job Description:
Business Analyst with EAI (Websphere Business Integration/WBI) Kforce is looking to hire a senior Business Analyst to gather and translate user needs into formal requirements documentation for development in an EAI environment. This requires: Technical experience with WebsphereMQ, WBI / ICS, Websphere Application Server Web services. Technology management and analysis such as life cycle management, project planning, systems analysis (requirements analysis, data requirements, business process analysis) and implementation
Ability to create or leverage repeatable functions and processes to support the product. Ability to assess high level product plans to determine functional requirements for middleware support. Act as liaison between business groups, project team and development team and coordinate activities, tasks, etc Support the development and publication of LOEs Manage change control process on existing projects. Required to interact and conduct interviews with development team and clients to assess stakeholders needs, including documenting interviews and analyzing results in concise and organized reports and presentations. Ability to manage multiple complex projects in different stages of lifecycle simultaneously. Network communications knowledge Knowledge of file transfers, encryption, synchronous and asynchronous messaging. Experience with cross-functional diagramming (swim-lane process models) and working knowledge of MS Visio.
