Business Application Analysts

Senior Business Process Analysts are needed for the CIDM/E2E Integration Initiative. This role will work with entire CIDM team and E2E points of contact to document the impact and steps needed to move from the existing FTD environment expeditiously; document the integration of the CIDM & E2E effort; and participate in the integrated methodology and process documentation. This position will also assist in the communication of the touch points for complete CIDM E2E integration, analyze business needs and requirements for proposed CIDM/E2E integration & extrapolating integrated information from several different business streams, and develop and maintain information and documentation related to the CIDM/E2E integrations processes, methodology and related systems integration. This person will also review current process and methodology documentation to identify how they may impact other enterprise processes. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and requirements for proposed new business products or processes; developing and maintaining information and documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems. This person will extrapolate integrated information from several different business products and processes.

The technical environment consists of the following: MS Office Suite, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, DOORS, ClearCase, ClearQuest, SharePoint, and Lotus Notes. Candidates must have strong RUP skills and a high level of business process documentation clarity. Candidates must also be proficient using MS Business Suite, Visio, Excel, DOORS (is a plus), ClearCase, ClearQuest &/or Sharepoint. Candidates must have good communication and people skills and high level of positive interaction with several levels of management teams. The ideal candidate would have full lifecycle development background.
