Business Application Manager - (PT10601)

In our Bethesda, MD headquarters, we have an opening for an energetic self-starter to join our product development team and to be an integral part of the software development lifecycle.

The Business Application Manager is expected to contribute toward long-term product planning as well as day-to-day decisions regarding web-based product development and support.

Responsibilities include writing functional specifications that serve as a development "roadmap" for new and enhanced features; working with graphic designers to create application and report prototypes; working with software engineers to identify alternative approaches; analyzing cross-product integration points and usability factors; plus documenting/tracking customer requests.

Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5-yrs direct experience in product management, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to effectively balance multiple concurrent assignments. Proficiency in MS Office Suites and Visio is required. Knowledge of commercial real estate, product tracking systems (e.g., Test Director), and subscription based information services is highly preferred.
