ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. To perform this job successfully, the Business Applications Support Rep may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed.

Demonstrate ownership of current and future business applications as it relates to supporting the end-users with questions/concerns/issues

Evaluate questions/issues to determine the need for enhancements, training, updates, etc.

Work closely with the Business Application Support Analysts to identify potential widespread issues in order to proactively develop workarounds until updates can be completed.

Track questions/issues by department, end-user, and category to understand departmental challenges.

Must be able to apply reason and logic to application issues; process data in an organized, timely and accurate manner.

Must be able to apply tact and diplomacy in effectively communicating issues dealing with company business applications

Must work effectively with others in a team environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), and Internet.Knowledge of Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices
