Business Application Technical Support

As a Business Application Technical Support with U.S. Bank, you will: Have broad experience in a variety of information technology areas: systems architecture, desktop support/architecture, server administration/engineer, automation/scripting, web application development, database administration, technical documentation. Have the following skills: business system administration and support, windows server and desktop support, TCP/IP networking, SQL Server, MS Access, scripting/automation (various), web application development (light) Join a growing team providing turnkey technical management of packaged business systems. Integrate new systems into the bank, working with various teams to accommodate system needs. Including network, server, desktop, security, database, enterprise architecture, middleware. Evaluate and document system architecture. Provide production support (rotating on-call) for a number of critical business systems and provide timely and accurate problem resolution and root cause determination. Develop and document technical documentation and support procedures. Complete a variety of systems administration and technical projects in support of our systems. Communicate regularly with business customers and vendors. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require: 4 year degree. 7-10 years professional work experience. Broad, hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
