Business Architect

USAA is currently seeking a talented Business Architect for our San Antonio, TX location.

As a Business Architect for USAA, you will work with a specific line of business within the Company to lead the dynamic development and improvement of business process and metrics to ensure stewardship of financials and the overall desired operating state at USAA. You will work with Senior & Executive Management to the highest levels in dealing with operational and strategic planning. As a big plus, you will have visibility that allows for great advancement opportunities in a span of businesses across the USAA enterprise.

Qualified candidates will possess:

Minimum 4 years Process Improvement and/or Program Management experience, or other related experience.

Very strong, proven ability to communicate, facilitate and influence across all levels of the company.

Ability to take multiple, diverse and complex concepts and articulate them into a single, coherent and compelling business case.

Ability to be a high energy, multi-tasking self starter.

Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.

Preferred experience includes:
Working knowledge of Financial Services industry, Engineering background, military background or any leadership experience.
