Job Description

Responsibilities include:? Working in partnership with key business users and Business Process Analyst to identify appropriate business content ? Understanding business needs and reporting requirements? Developing data model in support of the business content information model ? Working with BI Technical Architects to enable data flow through the BI solution? Working with BI Technical architects to enable reporting and analytic solutions? Determining how to optimally meet business needs through BI solutions? Information Delivery model and reporting solutions that best support the business users ? Develop data architecture in support of integrated PMS businesses ? Development of the appropriate BI Security models and Functional Specifications

Job Requirements:Indicate the Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies needed to perform the job successfully.1. Bachelors degree in Business, IT or related field, Masters preferred.2. Significant multi-assignment experience in developing and deploying EDW & Reporting solutions in a global environment.3. Specific Functional experience in either healthcare, or general manufacturing in one of the following Business Process areas:? Finance & Accounting? Supply Chain Management Manufacturing? Supply Chain Management Sales & Distribution? Procurement & Production Planning? Customer Service Operations involving Field Service, Call Center, Service Parts management, etc.4. SAP application expertise, or equivalent ERP and/or EDW/BI solution5. Excellent planning, organization, and communication skillsSCOPE (as applicable)This individual will have responsibility for solution deployment in one of the PMS business functions.Key Challenges? Interacting across multiple projects managed in multiple countries.? Maintaining clear understanding and knowledge of end-to-end global business processes? Establishing optimal reporting solution for diverse PMS businesses? Integrating individual PMS business data sources into One Sap information model? Working with various user leads across geographies and businesses. Influence on success is dependent on ability to influence others through collaborative thinking and support.?
