Business Intelligence Program Manager

CITY: Wauwatosa STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Lead the Business Intelligence Service reporting program implementations
Work with IT and functional owners to understand and establish designable requirements which meets the business needs
Estimate capacity, demand, cost and manage timelines
Supervise both onshore and offshore development resources to design, develop, test and deliver data warehousing Cognos, BO, Query Studio, ReportNet reporting solutions
Great project management expertise to execute project plans across multiple technologies and areas with varying priorities
Manage clients expectations by working closely with CSM, CST for successful implementations
Support Business Intelligence team tool upgrades
Leverage the Business Intelligence Migration and Production Support teams to meet deliverables
Drive utilization of IT best practices and lessons learned (i.e. eNPI, Quality Center, Support Central)


Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or other technical degree
Program Management expertise - Ability to manage and prioritize expectations across multiple GEHC teams
2 years of related experience
Knowledge of data warehousing and database concepts strongly recommended
Track record of leading multi-million dollar projects
Great sense of team and flexibility


Desired:
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
Program Management Institute PMP Certification
Knowledge or experience with any of the Business Intelligence tools - Cognos, TeraData, SAP, Business Objects, Oracle, Informatica and Cronacle
