Business Process Analyst

Our client located in downtown Cincinnati has a need for 2 Business Process Analyst for a full time position. Qualified candidates must have an understanding of SQL Server (SQL transact).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the pre and post implementation activities for clients:

?  Determine client?s process pain, develop alternative solutions using BPM

?  Comprehend client needs, translate into working requirements

?  Maintain client relationship and set their expectations

?  Direct the design and implementation of work plans including scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables and project tasks

?  Use client's software to configure solutions and improve client experience

?  Monitor production activities, provide after-hours support

?  Establish critical success factors

?  Determine project risks and then mitigate them

?  Track and meet goals and objectives

?  Deliver results including that the client has

o Superior experience with our product and our service in the first 48 hours (first impression)

o Confidence that our tool will work for them (demonstrated)

o The know how to use BPM to solve business problems on their own (independent capability),

o Ability to communicate how to market BPM (partner)


Continuously improve delivery processes in terms of quality for our customers

Communicate effectively with internal customers and our clients

Propose new features for software and initiate defect corrections promptly

Understand RACI and how to apply the approach to your projects
Understand at a conceptual and functional level how client's software works and interacts with SQL Server, Excel, etc,

 

Accountabilities:

 Owning client relationship

Anticipating client needs and issues

Managing the project bringing the right resources to the table when they are needed

Coordinating and managing the resources and communications according to RACI

Measuring the customer?s experience with your deliverables.
Providing a first level of trouble resolution support, analyzing process and technical issues

 

EXPERIENCE:

 At least 3 years of Business Process Optimization work

Bachelor?s degree in related discipline is required

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification a plus

CRM Implementations a plus

Prior working knowledge of Workflow applications

Understanding of a broad range of software technologies

Experience with Business Process Models

Extensive customer facing experience

Prior Project Management Assignments

Microsoft Tool Sets; Office, particularly Excel, SharePoint, etc.

SQL Server and T-SQL, or similar relational DB experience

 Excellent business and analytical skills

Able to communicate effectively with Business and Information Technology personnel

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people

Ability to adapt and quickly refocus in a dynamic solution development environment

Ability to work both on a team and independently; enjoy working in a small company environment

Demonstrated facilitation and negotiation skills
