Business Process Engineer Analyst

American Processing Company, based in Bingham Farms, Michigan and specializing in providing services to law firms in the mortgage banking industry, is seeking a Business Process Engineer Analyst.

 

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes for implementation in APC?s case management system.  You will act as a bridge between APC?s business functions and Information Technology department to architect, design, and implement business system workflows.  You will become an expert at identifying and mapping current business processes as well as refining those processes for a ?best fit? to current and future business systems.  This includes:

? Assessing and recommending ways to improve upon business processes

? Formulating business systems architecture, plans, estimating costs, and managing resulting projects to successful conclusions

? Formulating scope and objective for business systems

? Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.

? Formulating system requirements that support overall business and IT objectives.

? Writing detailed process design specifications

? Conducting build vs. buy analysis

? Working with business operations and IT to develop and implement new business acquisition integration plans

? Working with the business to leverage IT investments across all business units where applicable.

? Working relationships between APC, third party systems, and other vendor systems

? Managing the relationship between IT and the business regarding integration

 

Using your previous project management experience delivering medium to large scale solutions, you will lead in the analysis of complex business processes.  Executive management will rely on your extensive experience and judgment to help plan and accomplish goals.  You will deliver on these using your ability to clearly and concisely communicate the vision, workflow designs, and complex feature sets that will support the business processes to all levels of management.
