Business Process Specialist

This position will identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities for business process improvements that support strategic objectives. Acting as a liaison between end-users and programmers, you will gather and interpret customer specifications to effectively translate user visions into functional requirements that can be used to develop improved business processes and systems that meet customer requirements. Responsibilities will also include project management activities, ERP system integration, and business process reengineering.


 You provide:

A Bachelor's degree and 4 years' of relevant experience is required. Diverse industry experience, previous experience in business requirements analysis, process modeling & flows, project requirements definition, system design, testing, implementation and training are essential. Excellent presentation/communications skills, strong PC proficiency and working knowledge of an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system are a must. Significant work/educational exposure and understanding of manufacturing and planning/scheduling processes are a plus. ***Programming skills are NOT required.***
