Business Process / Training / Documentation Consultant

Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated is searching for a candidate with business process work and either training or documentation skills to fill a requirement at a customer site in Thousand Oaks, CA.  Candidate must have at least a Bachelors Degree. MS Project experience is a plus. Must be on-site in Thousand Oaks 2 weeks out of the month.  This is an assignment through December 2006 with the likelihood of extension.
 

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree
1)  Good working knowledge of MS Project
2)  Solid Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook skills
3)  Good organizational and communications skills
4)  Either previous experience in training materials preparation and/or training delivery OR experience authoring controlled documents such as SOPs and/or end user documentation
5)  Ability to work in Thousand Oaks at least 2 weeks a month
6)  Ability to work without a significant amount of direction /
supervision
7)  At least rudimentary knowledge of the pharma space so that they can understand what we're talking about
8)  Nice to have: meeting and workshop facilitation skills so that they provide back up if necessary

9)  Pharma experience a plus
