POSITION LOCATION:  Los Angeles, CA



POSITION OVERVIEW:  Under general direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives using information technology and industry knowledge/requirements. Acts as a liaison between customer and technical solutions/support groups to identify business processes, systems, and product requirements. Researches, identifies and develops solutions to problems. Analyzes business and user needs, and documents customer specifications. Supports aspects of the business cycle including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

JOB ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to interact with customers to analyze, define, test, and implement business systems. Ability to define program changes, resolve operating problems and provide user training. Ability to develop business proposals.

POSITION PREREQUISITES:  Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of school and business experience. Excellent computer knowledge including website design, search, and navigation applications. Strong working knowledge of Java Script, Dreamweaver, Homepage, PageMaker, Microsoft office applications, and other software applications. Excellent analytical skills excellent research skills excellent project management and planning skills excellent writing skills must have the ability to perform with minimum supervision knowledge of Medicare program or insurance billing, regulations and operations desired.
