Business Solutions Manager

Job Description: Strategic partner with the business to drive solutions that enable the business to achieve their strategic goals through both business and technology initiatives. Ensure these solutions are assimilated within the Hanover Technology Group (HTG) organization to create alignment of technology initiatives to the overall business strategy. Facilitate sessions with senior management to prioritize, define and scope potential initiatives - and offer alternatives/options through creative and innovative business processes or technology solutions. Responsible for ensuring that business unit goals/strategies are translated and aligned into tangible, scoped technology initiatives. Responsible for articulating and assimilating business strategies and initiatives to Hanover Technology Group (HTG) management and the project teams responsible for delivery of the initiatives. Partner with the business units to ensure that technology initiatives have measurable qualitative/quantitative value. Recommending alternative corporate products, solutions and strategies based upon competitive intelligence research. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of enterprise business initiatives, as well as design of enterprise solutions. Responsible for administrative management and mentoring of business analysts. Write performance appraisals, assess skills, competencies and development needs.
