QualificationsAbility to work?with team members to have decisions made that affect the project. Ability to work with Architect to perform root cause analysis to ensure real problems are addressed. Ability to?help Project Manager identify stakeholders for project and gather and documents high-level business requirements. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in the Requirements Definition.Experience documenting required business process metrics and translating process metrics tracking needs into business requirements.Experience translating high-level requirements into detailed business requirements and business rules.Ability to work with Architect to ensure technology requirements and constraints are included in the Requirements Definition and to ensure business requirements are captured in design documentation/specifications. Experience creating use cases that support?detailed business requirements. Experience leading or helping quality assurance efforts on business requirements.Experience identifying impact to project (i.e. business requirements, test documents, existing systems, specifications, procedures, etc) as a result of Project Change Requests. Ability to work with tester (s) who will be designing and performing acceptance tests. Experience defining and documenting policies and procedures for business as a result of project. Experience preparing policy and procedure documentation.?Large project methodology experience.Experience with issue resolution.RUP experience a plus.
