General Dynamics Information Technology has an opening for a Business Systems Analyst/Enterprise Records Management Systems (ERMS) Architect in Arlington, VA. Arlington Government is expanding its ERMS system (based on Hyland software's OnBase product suite and other supporting technologies) into several key business areas, developing and implementing Document and Records Management solutions to support critical business functions. We are seeking a qualified professional to perform Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, and Solution Implementation/Support work related to this expansion. Candidates should possess strong skills and experience in requirements analysis and definition, project management, relationship management (customer and party vendor), solution design and configuration, documentation, reporting, end-user training/support, solution implementation/support,. and quality assurance, along with experience applying these skills in a Document and/or Records Management setting.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer/business information systems, business administration, or related field.

Experience with Hyland's OnBase product suite and/or other document/records management technologies (primary or supporting) is preferred

Expectations of this position include, but are not limited to: Requirements Analysis ? including business process analysis, functional requirements documentation, docurnentirecord identification, document classification/hierarchy, retention/disposition,. data analysis, data quality assurance, etc. RPP and SOW development, proposal review, vendor evaluation. Technology assessment and solution research related to document/records management and poriphE.rad processes (forms processing, automated data capture, backfile conversion,workflow, etc.) Project management, project execution, and coordination, with management, vendors, stakeholders, and technology partners. Task and resource coordination, including meetings, schedules, project plans, customer/vendor communication. Solution testing, including preparation and execution of testing strategies and test plans. Solution installation and configuration. End user training, solution documentation, and support.
