Responsibilities:
We are searching for a highly motivated, results-oriented IT professional to be part of a team of systems analysts, project managers and business process domain experts in the position of Senior Business Systems Analyst. This individual will be part of a team supporting the implementation of the worldwide deployment of Lawson HR. As a seasoned professional person in this role will be expected to provide leadership, set prioritization guidelines, provide a wide range of experience and technical expertise, as well as the ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and system solutions. The candidate will be expected to utilize PSC IT?s methodology and toolset for system implementations, and will also be required to foster teamwork and knowledge transfer among team members and between other IT organizations and our business partners. Primary Focus of this role will be to support theresponsibilities will include: implementation of the Human Resources module of Lawson Software ? Gain expert knowledge of Progress Software Corporation?s ERP application portfolio and IT methodology, toolset, and processes. ? Analyze business initiatives and manage projects, working with business users and IT developers, to implement systems solutions to support these initiatives. ? Provide expert level application support, user training, and program documentation ? Document business requirements, develop functional and technical specifications, plan, estimate, and manage projects, manage user communications, write, execute, and manage QA procedures ? Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues

Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of four - six years of business systems analysis experience. Proven experience managing projects from start to finish involving evaluating business processes and system implementations for Global Human Resources is preferred. Specific experience implementing Lawson Software is highly preferred. Experience with Finance, Purchasing, Order and Contract Management, and/or Product Delivery is an added plus. Some travel, including outside the U.S., may be required. It is also assumed that this candidate will have: ? Proven experience with vendor relationships ? Expert project management and organizational skills ? Proven track record of client management success ? Demonstrated communications and consensus building skills ? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ? Willingness to be flexible as priorities shift
