Business Systems Analyst/Requirements Manager

Key Role: Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solutions for our clients.?Learn and understand?the user's current working practices, analyze the business and user requirements, and translate those into functional requirements.?Facilitate JAD sessions and gather requirements from those JAD sessions. Gather and refine business requirements, validate development efforts with business partners, and develop test scenarios and test plans. Develop viable technical solutions by working with technical teams. Develop an approach and plan that will ensure application functionality is implemented according to business customers' specifications.?Ensure the product meets the quality and functional specifications of the business partner and is delivered on time to specifications.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:


-5-7 years of experience with business and systems analysis


-2 years of experience with BMC Remedy software suite required


-2 years of experience with?IT Service Management?preferred


-2 years of experience with RUP design methodologies


-Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements using RUP/UML artifacts


-Experience with?the design, development, and deployment of business processes and developing test strategies within challenging projects


-Possession of excellent?analytical skills to effectively interpret the business in order to define and create business and technical requirements

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:


BA or BS degree in a related field required; MA or MS degree preferred


PMP Certification preferred
