POSITION: IT Business Systems Analyst

SUMMARY
This position works as a key member of the North American ERP Systems Group, primarily focused on the functional area of Finance and Controlling of the SAP R/3 system.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
? Knowledge and proven experience working within SAP R/3 application functional areas of Finance/Controlling and Asset Management.
? In-depth knowledge of Cement Accounting procedures.
? Ability to develop business partnerships to accomplish business goals.
? Good understanding of Lehigh?s business processes.
? Strong analytical skills.
? Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
? Demonstrated commitment to and application of Total Quality principles.
? Bachelors degree or accounting designation preferred
? Willingness to travel


RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide functional/business support for SAP internal customers.
? Evaluate and Implement new development/enhancements.
? Provide documentation and training updates and maintenance.
? Work with internal customers to identify and implement process improvements.
? Maintain and extend SAP applications through configuration, ABAP programming, and other SAP tools.
? Support bolt-on product applications.
? Support the design, development, and testing of interfaces and data conversion.
? Provide analysis, development, testing and training for new development and SAP rollouts.
? Test and validate system changes.
? Provide supplemental training development and classroom delivery.
