Business Systems Analyst, Senior

Key Role: Provide consulting to agency heads, directors, and senior managers on a specific area of expertise. Design, organize, lead, and conduct executive level workshops, benchmarking, and surveys. Facilitate process improvement efforts. Manage a team of senior consultants and analysts. Perform lectures and speeches or write articles. Apply experience with a variety of the fields, concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks in support of requirements as needed. Lead and direct the work of others. Apply wide degree of creativity and latitude and report to top management and client.



Functional/Industry Knowledge: 


-10 years of experience with preparing program implementation plans, coordinating program activities, monitoring program milestones, and providing progress reports


-Experience with all aspects of program performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial


-Ability to consult with the client to ensure adherence to contractual obligations


-Ability to establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show the progress of projects to management and the client, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the completion of all assigned tasks, and provide support for business process improvement and development


-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills



Education/Certifications or equivalent required:
BS degree in a related field required
