Business Systems Analyst - State Agency

Job Description:
Great 10+ month contract for a Business Systems Analyst who will perform requirements gathering, analysis, design, and produce related documentation with an emphasis on all facets of applications testing. This individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form and the ability to maintain a good working relationship within and outside of the development team. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability grasp new technologies quickly. Responsibilities will include the following: Testing complex systems; training of users; conducting design review meetings with users and peers. Must have experience with gathering and documenting the following deliverables: user documentation and help text; training materials; test plans and test scripts; business requirements; business rules definitions; design or use case documents. Graduation from a 4 year college or university with a major in Computer Science, Court Administration, Business Administration, or Criminal Justice and 8 years of experience in formation processing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
