Currently we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst - EBiz for our Cookeville, Tennessee location. As a Business Systems Analyst some of your responsibilities will include:

You will have system-wide responsibility on medium to complex components of a project, and provide technical direction for a section of the project team.

Work with business users to analyze and re-engineer complex business processes, and design applications using standard information technology to support business processes.

Exhibit influence at project and customer or user management level.

Work with User Project Leader to develop and manage portion of the project plan, and ensure project tasks are delivered on-time with good quality.

Perform detailed-level systems analysis and design to solve highly technical and complex problems.

Work under minimal supervision, and provide input to project related decisions.

Get involved in developing portions of project effort estimates.

Work with the user team to perform process analysis & design and solutions analysis & design to provide effective technical solutions to business needs.

Have in-depth understanding of web based technologies or systems, and are involved in resolution and recommendation of key project actions and deliverables.

Participate in periodic management review of projects to communicate project status, present business process improvements, demonstrate application functionality, and ensure project needs are being met.

Stay abreast of and continuously increase knowledge of new technology and business solutions.

Work closely with CBS-IT and Database Administration teams in the development, deployment and support of project implementations

SKILLS - FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL:
4-year college degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems analysis, systems design and systems development.
4 years of working experience in complex application development projects involving Oracle RDBMS on Unix, SQL, and PL/SQL.
2-3 years of experience in implementing and supporting web based applications using J2EE technologies (MVC/Struts/EJB) on IBM's Websphere application server.
Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, design and re-engineering.
Demonstrated experience in performing high-level and detailed level business solutions analysis and solution design working with the business users.
Experience with Interwoven's Teamsite is a plus.
Experience with packaged e-Commerce solution implementation is preferred.
Experience with ATG Dynamo, Appworx, Siteminder and LDAP is preferred.
Ability to perform in a team environment.
Experience managing multiple complex tasks with competing priorities.
